Our dedicated Operations Executive and a Site Supervisor will be assigned to your site. These dedicated staff are responsible for the ongoing delivery of service and customer satisfaction. They will manage day-to-day operations and ensure effective supervision of our ground officers and immediate response to any emergencies. They will regularly meet with your management representative to discuss and implement security policies and measures.

Each ‘Operations Executive’ reports directly to the Director. This clearly illustrates the importance we place on each and every client.
