To ensure Service Delivery we employ the following actions:

  • On-line Customer Satisfaction survey forms
  • Regular individual “Staff Appraisal” review
  • We also provide our customers a “Contract Performance Review” that summarizes annually the measurement against Key Performance Indicators such as:
    1. contract hours against actual supplied
    2. training matrix of security personnel
    3. safety records
    4. management and individual performance records.
